4/25		Join Kelly Ford at Brunch 'n Bowl for the Shining Stars Foundation The Shining Stars Foundation is hosting a celebrity Brunch 'n Bowl to raise funds for their annual Winter Games Event and year round outreach programs for children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. 1/4 - 6/30		BIGGEST LOSER POUND FOR POUND CHALLENGE Food Bank of the Rockies co-hosts this Colorado event; General Mills and other partners will donate 14 cents to the food bank for every pound participants lose through June. FBR is in third place nationwide currently!	(see description), at any place you EAT!
3/11		14TH ANUAL SERVICE AUCTION & ROCKY MOUNTAIN OYSTER FRY The FFA Chapter of Douglas County High School invites you to their annual fundraiser, which includes dinner, live music, and the chance to "buy" an FFA member. What you're really "buying" is 8 hours of work, by a hard worker! Tickets can be purchased at the door for $7. If you "purchase" a student, your dinner ticket will be reimbursed following the auction. Your donations will help support the Douglas County High School Chapter of FFA, Future Farmers of America, to help them attend events including the National FFA Convention, and State Career Development Events at Colorado State University.
