NATIONAL VETERANS WHEELCHAIR GAMES IN DENVER 7/4-9!

The largest annual wheelchair sports competition in the world, this event offers 17 different sports to Veterans who use wheelchairs due to spinal cord injuries, amputations and neurological diseases. The Games promote rehabilitation through rigorous competition in such events as basketball, rugby, softball, handcycling and others. A special “Kids Day” program allows children with disabilities to meet the athletes and be introduced to wheelchair sports. While past Games have produced national and world-class champions, the Games also provide opportunities for newly disabled Veterans to gain sports skills and be exposed to other wheelchair athletes.

Dear School: Please ekscuse John being absent on Jan. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and also 33
Please excuse Roland from P.E. for a few days.Yesterday he fell out of a tree and misplaced his hip.
John has been absent because he had two teeth taken out of his face.
Chris will not be in school cus he has an acre in his side.
Please excuse Jimmy for being. It was his father's fault.

HOW TO ELIMINATE STRESS IN YOUR DAY

According to Happiness-Project.com, here are some simple ways to eliminate stress in your day:
* Keep some cash in the house.
* Never let your car's gas level fall into the "empty" zone.
* Have an over-the-counter pain reliever at hand at all times.
* Put your keys away in the same place every day.
* Turn out the light as soon as you're sleepy.
* Walk around the block.
* Take 10 minutes before bed to tidy up.
* If you have to pack a lunch for anyone, get it ready the night before.
* Have at least one good friend who lives in the neighborhood.
* Make your bed. This sounds trivial, but try it. It really helps.

ZAC BROWN BAND COLLECTING LETTERS FOR U.S. SOLDIERS!

Zac Brown Band will give you three new songs for free if you write a letter to a U.S. soldier. The band has launched its "Letters for Lyrics" campaign with Ram trucks. The band's goal is to send a million letters to American soldiers stationed around the world. Anyone who helps will get a special CD that includes three new Zac Brown Band songs and music from artists signed to the band's label. The letters will be collected at Zac Brown Band concerts and at all U.S. Ram truck dealerships. More details can be found at HERE
